Hotel Arcoiris Tulum

Our room was super clean and awesome, and it even had a cool balcony overlooking the main street. We also had a mini fridge which was a nice touch 👌. the staff here were really helpful and suggested some great things for us to do. the service was top-notch during our entire stay.

stayed in huge double room with a balcony view of the main strip, massive comfy bed, as for instance. a wide array of good food, i loved it.

The location was ideal and exceptionally nice, just 0.5 km from London Heathrow airport, making it easily accessible. the staff was really helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to requests. the hotel room was a good size with a huge, comfortable bed.

We appreciated rooms with balcony. Climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen TV were useful. Location: the hotel was near the big bus station, main plaza, and the beach. We came across Agusto Salad Bar, it was not too far away from the property, offered nice shots.

Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Thirdly, the location of the hotel was ideal, close to the main bus station and within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, with a massive comfy bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast included in the stay was also a delightful bonus, ensuring a good start to the day.
